In private practice for over 10 years, Tanya is a highly-effective practitioner, specializing in Somatic Experiencing, a breakthrough therapy for healing and renegotiating trauma stored in the body and nervous system.

Trained in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and EMDR, Ryan has his Master’s in Counseling, and shows up for his clients not only with professional training and experience, but with a deep well of personal healing and transformation.

Sam Stone, MACP, PGDip, BScHons
Sam specializes in helping adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, BPD, eating issues, addiction recovery, and neurodiversity. Sam’s holistic approach considers biological, psychological, and social factors, along with trauma. Sam integrates CBT, attachment theory, IFS, polyvagal theory, and culturally sensitive practices, along with Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, and DBT.

As a registered social worker and registered clinical counsellor, Maya utilizes various therapeutic techniques to provide client-centered and collaborative support to individuals, couples, and youth. Her approach is grounded in curiosity and understanding, taking into account all aspects of each person. Maya's areas of focus include life transitions, behavior change, identity exploration, personal growth, and relational and family dynamics.

Originally from Jamaica, Coralee is trained in EMDR, and has a counselling philosophy based on person-centred, solution-focused, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and social justice theories of counselling.

With over eight years of experience, Kate supports youth in a non-judgmental space to improve health and achieve goals. Kate specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, using CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and a client-centered approach.

George completed his master’s degree in counseling from Yorkville University. Previously, he was previously a fitness trainer and enjoys exercise as an integral part of his life. George believes in a holistic approach when working with others, being mindful of the interconnection between mind, body, and soul within each respective environment.

Angela Booy, M.Ed., M.A.C.P., RCC
Angela, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology and in Education, specializes in helping athletes discover their individual and collective identity beyond sports. Grounded in Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, and Response-based Approach, she supports individuals dealing with grief, social justice issues, sexualized violence, and marginalized identities. Her approach is gentle, connective, and strengths-based.

After years of working in the construction industry where he always enjoyed the relational aspects of working customers, Arend felt the desire for more. The call to not just see people live well, but to thrive. After renovating the offices of KTT, Arend stepped into a leadership role. Arend is often the first person that clients encounter, as he provides free consultations to connect each individual with the right therapist for their needs.

Human Resources and Team Support
Mary helps to develop and support the clinic’s team members. Additionally, Mary has a private practice, offering EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Psychedelic Integration. As a trauma counsellor, she has an intimate understanding of what it takes to be a caring, effective therapist. Mary helps to create a connected, inspiring and safe team culture at KTT. -

Marketing Coordinator
Jessica supports our marketing efforts at KTT. She leads marketing initiatives, offering creative and administrative support. With a passion for creative campaigns, Jessica helps shape our brand's narrative. -

Grounded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy Principles and masterful in teaching Social and Emotional Interpersonal Skills (boundaries, communication, emotional expression etc) her 3-Step Power-Up Process helps people break-free from the painful shackles of their internal turmoil and find satisfaction and harmony within their relationships and with self.
