Sam Stone, MACP, PGDip, BScHons

Sam has worked within the mental health field for over 10 years, supporting those who want to heal and helping people navigate some of life’s toughest moments. Sam has helped people to show up for themselves and the people they love authentically, become free of unhelpful mindsets and behaviours, and live their lives to their fullest.

Sam loves working with adults and adolescents, people living with anxiety, depression or BPD, eating difficulties and body image issues, addiction recovery and neurodiversity. Sam assess holistically, through a bio-psychosocial and trauma informed lens. This helps to account for the full picture of an individual’s mental health and its relationship to their support network and society. Sam’s approach is influenced by CBT, attachment theory, IFS, Polyvagal Theory and their relationship to culture. Sam also uses Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT and DBT.
