Helping adults understand and regulate the patterns behind anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns they cannot seem to change. They may struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, or the lasting effects of difficult childhood experiences. Often, they know what they “should” do, yet something inside continues to react in ways that feel confusing or frustrating.

Together, we explore the underlying patterns driving these experiences while building practical skills for emotional regulation, self-understanding, and lasting change. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on helping clients reconnect with a greater sense of safety, confidence, and control in their lives.

I have a particular interest in working with clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or trapped in recurring patterns of anxiety, shame, self-criticism, or relationship difficulties. Many of these patterns develop as protective responses to earlier life experiences and can continue long after the original situation has passed.

In addition to traditional counselling approaches, I offer immersive nervous system regulation experiences that may incorporate sensory-based environments and guided experiential exercises designed to support grounding, emotional awareness, and regulation skills.
