Wendi Moore,

Wendi Moore is a recent Master of Counselling Psychology graduate from City University in Canada and has just completed her clinical internship with KTLT. She is passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions, trauma, and emotional challenges, and works with children, youth, adults, couples, and seniors.

Wendi’s approach is grounded in a somatic, trauma-informed, and nervous system-focused framework, helping clients move beyond insight alone and into meaningful, embodied change. She draws from both personal experience and professional training to support clients in developing emotional awareness, regulation, and resilience.

Her areas of focus include trauma stemming from early childhood experiences, attachment ruptures, grief, neurodiversity, low-conflict relationships, and career counselling.

She also offers experiential and immersive approaches to nervous system regulation, which may include guided sensory environments and body-based practices to support clients in developing a felt sense of safety, grounding, and regulation in real time. These approaches are always optional and integrated collaboratively based on each client’s needs.
