About me
What drives me most is my belief in the healing power of connection and safety, and in the importance of being truly seen. I know that life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, which can be incredibly lonely. My role is to walk alongside you in undoing that aloneness, helping you reconnect with yourself, make sense of your experiences, and move toward healing and growth.
One of my greatest strengths as a counsellor is creating a sense of safety. I am often described as warm, empathetic, and deeply attuned to the experiences of others, and I take pride in offering a space where people feel genuinely heard and free of judgment. I bring a relational and holistic approach to my work with a strong belief that healing happens in connection and involves the whole person.
I value collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and adapting my approach to honour each client’s unique needs and lived experiences. I also hold a deep belief in resilience, self-compassion, and the possibility of transformation. My hope is to support you in moving through suffering with greater understanding, empowerment, and connection to your own inner resources.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy adventures with my dog Lu, spending time in the forest or near water, and collecting plants and mushroom-inspired décor.
