Supporting people who are navigating stress, life transitions, and who have a desire to live with greater ease, clarity, and connection in Kelowna, BC
When your body doesn't feel like itself, healing often begins by listening to what it has been trying to tell you.

Kasia integrates body-based practices, Stress Indicator Point System Bioenergetic Kinesiology, and complementary energy-based approaches to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change.

Kasia's path into this work began with a deep curiosity about the connection between the body, stress, and our capacity to heal. Bioenergetic Kinesiology is a body-based approach that uses gentle muscle monitoring to help identify areas of stress and imbalance within the body. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, it considers how physical, emotional, and environmental factors may be influencing your overall wellbeing.
Kasia uses Stress Indicator Point System (SIPS) Bioenergetic Kinesiology as one of several tools to better understand how your body is responding to stress and to guide a personalized approach to supporting nervous system regulation and wellbeing.
Every session is tailored to the individual, and the goal is not to diagnose illness, but to help you better understand your body's responses and support its natural capacity for balance and resilience.
-
Every session begins with a conversation about what has been happening in your life, how you've been feeling, and what you'd like support with. From there, Kasia uses body-based assessment to explore how stress may be affecting your body and nervous system.
Clients remain fully clothed throughout the session. Depending on your needs, your session may include Stress Indicator Point System Bioenergetic Kinesiology, nervous system regulation techniques, gentle body awareness, or other complementary approaches. Throughout the process, Kasia will explain what she's doing, answer your questions, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Each session is tailored to your individual goals, with the intention of helping you better understand your body's responses, reduce stress, and reconnect with a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.
-
No. Kasia's work is not counselling or psychotherapy.
Rather than focusing primarily on conversation, her approach explores how stress, life experiences, and patterns may be held within the body. Sessions combine body-based practices, nervous system awareness, and Stress Indicator Point System Bioenergetic Kinesiology to support regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change.
While some conversation is an important part of each session, the focus is on helping you reconnect with your body and build greater capacity to navigate life's challenges.
If you're looking for counselling or mental health treatment, Kasia can work alongside a therapist or help you connect with another member of the Kelowna Trauma & Life Therapy team if that would better meet your needs.
-
Yes. Many people find that body-based work complements counselling and other healthcare services.
While therapy often helps you understand your experiences through conversation, Kasia's work offers another way of exploring how stress and life experiences may be held within the body and nervous system. Together, these approaches can support greater awareness, regulation, and overall wellbeing.
If you're already working with a therapist or another healthcare provider, Kasia is happy to be part of your broader support network, with your consent and when appropriate.
-
Not at all. Many people who come to see Kasia have never experienced body-based work before.
Sessions are designed to meet you where you are. There is no expectation that you know how to "listen to your body" or have previous experience with nervous system or somatic approaches. Kasia will guide you through the process at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
Whether you're completely new to this work or have explored body-based practices before, each session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and level of comfort.
-
Every person is different, and there is no set number of sessions that's right for everyone. During your initial consultation, Kasia will take the time to understand your goals and discuss what may be most supportive for you.
As a starting point, Kasia often recommends three sessions. This allows enough time to begin identifying the stress patterns your body may be holding, support your nervous system, and experience how this work feels before deciding what you'd like to do next.
Some people find that a few sessions are enough to meet their immediate goals, while others choose to continue longer as part of their ongoing wellbeing and personal growth.
-
Energy healing is one aspect of Kasia's body-centred approach—it is not the starting point for every session, nor is it required for this work to be helpful.
Kasia views the body, nervous system, and energy as interconnected. While the nervous system supports how we respond to stress and experience the world, the body's energetic processes also play a role in how we function and communicate internally. Her work is guided by careful observation, body-based assessment, and your unique needs.
Some sessions may incorporate energy-based approaches alongside Stress Indicator Point System Bioenergetic Kinesiology, while others may focus more on nervous system regulation, body awareness, and practical tools for everyday life.
Whether you're familiar with energy work or completely new to it, Kasia's priority is creating a collaborative, respectful experience that feels supportive and aligned with your comfort level.
