Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our therapists and other clients, and is standard with many service providers, we do have a cancellation policy.

Appointments cancelled prior to 24 hours before a session will not be charged.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged half price.

Appointments cancelled within 12 hours before the start of the session will be charged full price.

If you want to keep your booking but are feeling unwell, consider switching it to a virtual session and contact your therapist.
